Privacy Policy
Effective June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sports Repack (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Sports Repack Vault (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect:
- Account data — your email address, used for passwordless magic-link sign-in, and an optional display name and public handle.
- Vault content — the cards you log, photos you upload, purchase prices, sales records, notes, and tags.
- Billing data — when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number; we keep a Stripe customer ID and your subscription status.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device type, browser, and pages visited, used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to authenticate you and secure your account;
- to process subscriptions and billing;
- to display card values and price history (which may use third-party market data);
- to communicate with you about your account, security, and updates;
- to comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers we share data with
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, and share only what each needs to function:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and photo storage.
- Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- eBay (Marketplace Insights) — anonymous, aggregated market-pricing lookups. We do not send your personal data to eBay.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sports Repack and its users.
4. What you choose to make public
If you enable a public vault, the cards and current values you select are visible to anyone with your link. Your cost basis, sales history, and billing details are never shared publicly. You can turn off public sharing at any time from your account settings.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize it except where we must retain it for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and row-level access controls that prevent users from seeing each other’s private data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond as required by applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA where they apply).
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
