Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sports Repack Vault (the “Service”), operated by Sports Repack (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login secure.

2. Your account

We use passwordless magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We are not liable for loss arising from unauthorized access to your email.

3. Your content

The Service lets you log cards, upload photos, record purchase prices and sales, and share a public vault if you choose. You retain ownership of the content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

If you make your vault public, the cards and current values you choose to display will be visible to anyone with the link. Your cost basis, sales history, and personal financial details are never made public.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects you.

5. Card values and informational use

Card values, price history, and any sell/hold/grade guidance are estimates provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice, and may be based on mock or third-party data that can be inaccurate or out of date. You are solely responsible for any buying, selling, grading, or other decisions you make. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any value shown.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan, or breach the Service’s security;
• scrape, resell, or build a competing product from our data without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Repack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
